At ChartsYou, we are committed to delivering high-quality music promotion services that cater to the unique needs and aspirations of artists worldwide. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms under which our services are provided, ensuring transparency and understanding between ChartsYou and our valued clients.

Service Delivery

1. Order Confirmation and Scheduling: Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation will include details of the purchased services and the scheduled date(s) for campaign execution.

2. Service Performance:

  • iTunes, Spotify, and Billboard Campaigns: The delivery timeline for our services varies based on the nature of the purchased campaign:
  • iTunes Charting: Services are performed on the scheduled date, with results shared in the form of screenshots and screen-recordings via email or WhatsApp.
  • Sales Campaigns: Execution follows the schedule agreed upon at the time of purchase, with updates provided as the campaign progresses.
  • Spotify Campaigns: Depending on the target, campaigns can take up to a month, with performance updates provided throughout.
  • Billboard Campaigns: These are week-long efforts with results communicated the following Tuesday. Pre-campaign, we discuss the likelihood of charting success.

3. Successful Delivery: Services are deemed successfully delivered upon the performance of the agreed-upon campaigns. Clients will be notified of campaign outcomes as specified in the order confirmation.

4. Changes and Cancellations: Given the nature of our services, changes or cancellations are subject to ChartsYou's Cancellation Policy. We endeavor to accommodate client needs while ensuring campaign effectiveness.

5. Refunds and Credits: In instances where campaigns do not achieve the agreed-upon targets, ChartsYou will engage in discussions with the client to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include partial refunds, future campaign discounts, or service credits, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

6. Responsibility for Taxes and Duties: Clients are responsible for any taxes, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties applicable to the delivery of services.

Should there be any concerns or issues related to the delivery of our services, we encourage clients to contact us within 5 days from the scheduled campaign completion date. Our team is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any matters promptly.
