We strive to meet all campaign targets, but in the event of non-achievement due to factors beyond our control, we will offer the following options:

• A pro-rated refund based on the services delivered versus those undelivered.
• A credit towards future campaigns, reflecting the value of the undelivered services.
• A partial refund as per pre-agreed terms, especially for campaigns with variable outcomes like Billboard charting.

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund.
• Orders cancelled post 24 hours may receive credits for future services.

• Fees associated with payment processing, bank transfers, and any third-party charges are non-refundable.
• Customized campaigns that have commenced cannot be refunded due to their bespoke nature.

To request a refund, return, or exchange, please contact ChartsYou directly via support (at) chartsyou (dot) com. Include your order number and a detailed reason for your request to expedite the refund process.

• Credit / Debit Cards: Refunds will be processed within 1 business day.
• Bank Transfers: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, with any associated costs borne by the client.
• Alternative Arrangements: For other payment methods or in cases where the original payment method is unavailable, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis within 5 to 7 business days.
